programs for the acquisition, construction or
refinance of office, retail, and industrial
buildings. Typical programs provide the investor
with fixed rate pricing based off of the 10 year
treasury note up to 80% LTV at a 1.20 DSCR.
However, there are programs that allow for
variable rates, stated income scenario's and up
to 90% CLTV. Owner occupied facilities can also
achieve up to 90% financing.
